I haven't been actively trying to gain for bout a year now. Had a health scare last year. Anyways I was shopping for a dress shirt as ive needed a new one. Was trying it on in the size I thought I wore n well it wouldn't button.. Took it off n my chest jiggled, that was a first for me.. Damn .. Yet ironically it turned me on...Think I need to go up a size, again..
